Khawab Zaar delivers across Pakistan to all private addresses, including homes and offices. Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days, with free shipping nationwide. On the delivery date, you will receive an SMS from our courier partner. If you are unavailable, please ensure someone is designated to receive the parcel on your behalf.

Worldwide Shipping

All international orders are charged at the original invoice value. Shipping charges are calculated based on the customer’s location (city, country, etc.), and any applicable custom duties or taxes will be the customer’s responsibility. International deliveries typically arrive within 7–10 working days.

Our Exchange Guidelines

Khawab Zaar follows a No Refund Policy. However, products purchased from www.khawabzaar.com can be exchanged if they are unused, in original condition (with tags, packaging, embroidery, and motifs intact), and accompanied by the original receipt. Please note that accessories are non-exchangeable.

Sale Items Exchange Policy

Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange, except in cases where the wrong size, damaged/defective item, incomplete package, or incorrect article is received. Products damaged after use will not qualify for exchange.

Exchanges will only be processed once the product is received and reviewed by our team, which may take up to 14 working days. Items can only be exchanged for products of equal value. In case of a damaged item, customers may choose to receive the same article again or a voucher equal to the product’s value. You will be notified via email once the exchange process is complete.
